1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rg66 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available at rg66.bet. 2. Eligibility

To register and use rg66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Corporate or entity registrations are not permitted on rg66.
• You must not be accessing rg66 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access is specifically prohibited by local law. Ensuring your use of rg66 complies with applicable laws is your sole responsibility.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an rg66 employee or any affiliated company. Employees and their families are strictly prohibited from holding player accounts.

rg66 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account, including forfeiture of any unverifiable pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access most rg66 features — including placing bets, making deposits, and processing withdrawals — you must hold a registered account. The following rules apply to all rg66 account holders:

• Each player may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts — under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rg66 will never request your password via email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rg66 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted at this time.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value transactions may trigger additional verification requirements under rg66's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where the same method is unavailable, rg66 may request additional verification before processing to an alternative method.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. rg66 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, seven days a week including public holidays. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• rg66 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside rg66's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rg66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms applicable to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier and minimum odds requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account may not be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
• rg66 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where rg66 reasonably suspects that a promotion is being abused, exploited, or claimed by ineligible players.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit or wager limits are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer during the applicable restriction period, even where the restriction was applied at the player's own request.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A new player is defined as someone who has not previously held a registered rg66 account. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via a duplicate account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of the duplicate account.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, and other wagering products offered on rg66:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the rg66 platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement unless rg66 exercises its discretion to void a market in cases of manifest error in odds, technical error, or event abandonment.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, rg66 will follow standard market void rules. Void bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance. Where a match is rescheduled and commences within 24 hours of the original start time, pre-match bets may remain valid at rg66's discretion.
• rg66 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market, event, or bet type at any time and without prior notice. Maximum win limits applicable to specific markets are displayed within the relevant market interface.
• Where rg66 identifies that a bet was placed using inside information, colluded between multiple accounts, or placed as part of a match-fixing or arbitrage scheme, rg66 reserves the right to void the bet, withhold associated winnings, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rg66 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing rg66 on behalf of another person who is ineligible to hold an account — for example, a person under 21 years of age or a previously banned player.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any software designed to interact with rg66 in a manner not intended for human users — including for placing bets, triggering bonuses, or scraping odds data.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through rg66, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using rg66 to disguise the origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, misconfigured odds, or system vulnerability on rg66 for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error in odds or a technical fault are not payable and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rg66 staff or other players through any communication channel. rg66 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour directed at its staff or player community.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use rg66 solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any rg66 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rg66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rg66 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of business opportunity, even where rg66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rg66 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. rg66 will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical faults, or data inaccuracies beyond rg66's reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

rg66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete the KYC identity verification process within the timeframe requested by rg66, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading verification documents.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the self-exclusion policy. Voluntarily closed accounts may be subject to a cooling-off period before reactivation, at rg66's discretion.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rg66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact rg66 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. rg66 will endeavour to respond to all player complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the player may escalate through appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction.
